While we understand emergency cancellations, we kindly ask to provide a 24 hour notice of cancellation, so that we may accommodate other guest. if a guest fails to cancel their appointment or a no show twice, we will ask that guest to prepay before we schedule another appointment. Late Arrivals: we understand busy schedules, however; late arrivals may modify our time to complete the scheduled service. Therefore, we may have to adjust your service to another available stylist or reschedule you for another time. Redo’s: If a guest is dissatisfied with their service, we will adjust the original service at no charge. We ensure that any adjustments will be made within one week of the original service.
